Usually, this is for branded keywords or other keywords where your pages are a proven authority in the city or country/countries.
Such rankings are built up over time. No new website (under 3 months) can achieve such a first page on Google.
If you are an established business and search engines like Google have gathered a lot of information about your business over time, they will begin to trust your content and, for lack of a better candidate for a first-page position, assign your site that position.
But again, if you don’t work to keep that position, you can lose it quickly.
Competitors may notice your prominent position in the search results for the keyword(s) and launch an SEO campaign to bring you down in the search results.
If you have a website that appears on the first page of Google search results, you have a good chance, but only if the keyword placed there means conversions for your business.
Otherwise, you may get a lot of web visits, but your conversion rates will be low.
You need to be excited about ranking on the first few pages with your money-making keywords. That’s where the money is!
